Synchronization
Definition:
A mechanism that governs the precise sequencing of bodily actions—enabling efficient top-to-bottom power transfer, eliminating uncoordinated movement, and maximizing the continuity of force, powered primarily by the External Force of impact from an opponent.
Usage:
- As a noun: “Synchronization is a parallel mechanism to Integration, also governed by precise sequencing but primarily harnessing the External Force of impact from opponents rather than gravity.”
Additional Notes:
Synchronization is powered primarily by the External Force of impact. Through a sequence of locking and unlocking body joints—achieved by Relaxing specific muscle groups in turn—the body’s momentum can be fully transferred from the upper body to the lower body and directed either to neutralize impact, redirect power, or restore potential energy.
