Integration

Definition:

A mechanism that establishes a precise sequence of actions for each body part to follow, allowing power to transfer from the bottom to the top, eliminating uncoordinated movement and maximizing efficiency of force delivery.

Usage:

  • As a noun: “Integration, the counterpart of Synchronization, is powered primarily by the External Force of gravity.”

Additional Notes:

Integration is driven primarily by the External Force of gravity. Through a sequential process of locking and unlocking body joints—achieved by relaxing specific muscle groups in turn—the body’s momentum can be transferred seamlessly from the lower body to the upper body and directed outward to impact the opponent. When Integration is achieved, the body functions as a unified structure, channeling External Forces through continuous and coordinated transformation.
